Reliable Realty started in 1999 and has been an integral part of the Real Estate community in Temecula Valley serving primarily SW Riverside County as well as Northern San Diego Counties. As an “indie” office Reliable Realty has offered training since 2005 creating an intensive custom program providing building blocks for agents to launch their real estate career.
Reliable Realty currently offers a six week comprehensive training program for brand new agents along with coaching. Our agents specialize in marketing residential, land and luxury homes for sale. We pride ourselves in keeping up with technology through education and providing the best experience possible for the consumer.
We value the trust that our clients have given to us and are looking for lifelong clients. Our agents are trained also trained in specialized areas such as foreclosures, HUD properties, probate and trusts. Our marketing is bar none the best in the valley, as our agents only use professionals for photos, staging and drone photography and take pride in their work resolving to get top dollar for each property.
Reliable Realty is solely owned by Broker Kellee Spillman Malone, who has been licensed since 1997, and meets the woman owned, minority owned category.

Project T.O.U.C.H. strives to conquer homelessness. They’ve come so far since their inception in 2003. Working with local officials in providing a dedicated call center and 24/7. Current programs consist of: Transitional Housing, Local Winter Emergency Shelter, Police Response Program, Direct Emergency Assistance, Community Food Program, Resource Referral Center, Divine Discount & Thrift Store.
